Kate has over 25 years of expertise in management, human resources, customer service, operations and safety during which she has taken a leadership role in managing payroll, benefits, fundraising, and training with both small and large teams.
Her professional experience has included time in the private sector with fast paced, for-profit organizations along with work in state government coupled with time served on boards and committees of charitable organizations--giving her a breadth of knowledge in working not only in varied environments but also with a wide range of individuals!
