The Easter Triduum
The Easter Triduum begins at sundown on Holy Thursday with the evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper, continues through Good Friday with the celebration of the passion of the Lord on Holy Saturday, reaches its high
point in the Easter vigil, and concludes with evening prayer at sundown on Easter Sunday.
The Season of Lent ends on Thursday of Holy Week. Then the Church remembers the death and resurrection of Jesus during the Easter Triduum. These three days are the most important time of the Church year. Learn more…

Join us at 7:30 pm in the church for Sunday Evening Prayer. This prayer is part of the Liturgy of the Hours, one of the public prayers of the Church along with Mass and the sacraments. Jesus commanded us to pray as he did, so the Church developed the communal worship of Liturgy of the Hours at certain points during the day and night. You are invited to pray the Evening portion every Sunday at 7:30 pm in the church. The prayer takes about 20 minutes and is open to adults and families who desire prayer time with others. Evening Prayer includes Scripture, silence, and petitions.
